The Genesee County Tax Assistance & Financial Services Coalition is a community-based partnership that assists families and individuals in reaching self-sufficiency. The coalition provides earned income tax credit and child tax credit education and awareness, free tax preparation and asset building for the low-income community. Our mission is to empower the asset/worth building ability and potential of individuals and families in our community by providing access to free tax preparation, affordable financials services, and linkages to other resources.
